Supersharp DLC (diamond like carbon) AFM tips for measurements with high lateral resolution.

Tu guarantee 20nm working length of DLC tips, 10% of each batch is controlled via TEM to ensure, there is at least 1 DLC tip, that is at least 20 nm longer than the other DLC tips on the probe. On surfaces with roughness higher than 20 nm there is possiblity of artifacts.

Available variants:

NSG01 - resonance frequency  87 - 230 kHz (typical 150 kHz)

NSG10 - resonance frequency 140 - 390 kHz (typical 240 kHz)

HA_HR - for semicontanct mode, typical resonance frequencies 380 / 230 kHz (variance 10%)
