Test sample for TERS

Test sample for TERS measurement. Sample consists of organic molecules on Au substrate. Sample was designed to show Raman signal enhancement with high probability, when used with AFM TERS cantilevers under suitable experimental conditions.

Sample can be used to study TERS metodology and to prepare other experiments.
